If you receive goods that are visibly damaged Renytek must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods, you must open the parcel immediately to check for breakages as Renytek will not be responsible for customers causing damage. The Purchaser is reasonably expected to have established any visible defect and reported such no later than 24 hours after delivery. The Purchaser takes it upon themselves to inspect the goods within this term. On expiration of the 24 hours after delivery, the defect, barring evidence to the contrary, if then communicated to Renytek will be considered to have occurred after the time of delivery.
Any return must be authorized before being sent back. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for charges to return goods. We do not collect goods, it is the customers' responsibility to return products in the same condition in which they were received. If the customer chooses to return goods which are not damaged or faulty Renytek reserves the right to determine whether goods are fit for re-selling. Goods returned can be exchanged for products of a same or higher value, credit note issued or a refund. Products that have been modified to customers' specification or made to measure are non-returnable.
Any liability for Renytek will only extend to refunding the value of goods purchased or replacing goods where appropriate.
