Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are accepted by the Purchaser. Under no circumstances will Renytek accept Terms and Conditions other than these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting your order you allow use of your personal details enabling Renytek to supply you with the items ordered. Your personal details will not be passed to third parties other than those required to supply you with your order.

Pricing

All prices are Inclusive of VAT. Vat chargeable will appear on the checkout page and added to the net order value. Any supplied quotations from Renytek will not be binding and are liable to change where cost factors are taken into account for example materials, parts, taxes, delivery charges. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Payment

Purchases made online must be paid in full before goods are despatched for delivery. Due to credit card fraud a delivery address must match the registered address of the cardholder. Alternatively customers can pay using bank transfer or cheque. All payments must be cleared funds prior to despatch of goods.

Delivery

We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible not withstanding factors outside our control, ie weather conditions, strikes, wars, civil unrest or any natural disaster having an adverse affect upon delivery.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday which can be posted will be despatched the same day provided the products are in stock. For parcel delivery one to two business days. If products are not available you will be contacted as soon as possible to determine whether a refund is required.

Items ordered after 2pm Monday to Friday and over a weekend will be despatched the following business day. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Orders over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched the next working day. The delivery periods are for information purposes only and are in no way binding on Renytek. Under no circumstances shall Renytek be held liable for late deliveries.

Parcel deliveries require a signature as confirmation a delivery has been made.

Cancellations

If goods have been delivered you may cancel at any time up to 7 working days later, starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003. You are required to maintain the goods in good order while you have them and we ask that you return the goods, using a "signed for service" within 7 days of your notice to cancel, with the original packaging and identifying documents.
